Comments: This is the first book to cover the whole of the history of this famous London Yeomanry Regiment, a story of distinguished service in three wars and of dedicated voluntary service in times of peace. In particular it recounts fifty years of unbroken service in the Royal Armored Corps.
The aim has been to illustrate this history as fully as possible in a volume of this size. Also included are appendices which record detail of the Regiment’s history and include fully illustrated sections on uniforms and badges and on the armored cars and tanks used by the Sharpshooters during their fifty years in armor.
