There is a brief account of the fighting for each battle together with a list of Western Victorian soldiers who lost their lives during that conflict. Includes details of Gallipoli cemeteries and memorials as well as those located elsewhere. The final section provides a link with the soldier and his origins. Includes details of place of birth, school, employment, main residence, place of enlistment and where he is recorded on a war memorial or honour roll. It covers Victorian units such as 7th, 8th and 14th Battalions, plus Light Horse who came from country Victoria.
