Shipping Policy
All items purchased (and that are currently in stock) will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt of payment. All items are shipped via Australia Post Parcel Post (3kg satchel) or Australia Post's Express Post and can be expected to arrive the next working day (or as specified in Australia Post's Express Post Terms and Conditions).
Please note that no tracking information is available if sent via a Parcel Post satchel and no responsibility is taken for items lost in the post (Express Post is recommended as it is trackable).
Shipping Costs
The majority of the books we sell weight between 500 grams and 1.5 kgs and hence are usually sent out in an Australia Post Express Post (or Regular Post) 3kg satchel.
We do our best to keep shipping prices down for our customers. Overseas costs are as per Australia Post's International Air Mail rates. A small handling fee is charged to cover the cost of packing material and other associated expenses such as fuel costs in driving to the Post Office and back.
Returns Policy
Any item may be returned within 7 days of receiving the goods if not completely satisfied. To enable the 7 days to take effect buyers need to email Regimental Books when goods are received. The refund will be less post and the goods must be returned in the same condition, otherwise refund will not take effect.
