Comments: Memoir written by Jack William Fenton Liley, "Jack's war" documenting his service with the Royal Australian Air Force in the Second World War.

Liley became a prisoner of war moving between the camps Stalag Luft 1 in Barth Germany, Stalag Luft VI in Heydekrug, Lithuania and Stalag Luft IV in Tychowo, Poland. Liley writes in detail about the daily conditions of life in the camps and the forced marches in early 1945.
