Hi Everyone,

You know, one of the things I love about runnning an Australian military history business is that I get to read and see a lot of interesting books, diaries and other historically significant items such as medals and badges.

I especially enjoy reading the war time diaries that soldiers wrote whilst on campaign and I know that many other people also enjoy this.

So I thought to myself that it would be a great idea to get as many of these diaries online and have them available as free downloads for family, historians or just anyone interested in reading about a soldier’s experience in war.

If anyone has a diary (or even letters, documents etc) that they would love to share with the public, we would love to hear from you as we are prepared to scan it and put it in a downloadable format all at no cost as a way of promoting Australian military history.

We are really proud of this country’s military history and this is our way of promoting it even further.

Please drop us an email at info@regimental-books.com.au or call us on 07-3865-2615 – we would love to hear from you!

Back to the subject of books, we also have some more very affordable World War 1 fascimile reprints arriving in the next few weeks. Check out the online shop as they have been setup in their already – you can also sign up to the “Out of Stock Notification” for each item so you will receive an email the instant they are in stock. This is really exciting as that means we will have copies of nearly all the World War 1 battalion histories in stock.

Anyway, back to the grind….

Good Reading!

Glenn and the Regimental Books Team
